The laser fired by Incubus has the same width as Lil Brimstone's.Azazel / Brimstone: Fires a full length Brimstone laser that can be charged while still firing the previous laser, allowing it to fire more rapidly than normal.Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a three-faced version of himself. This item belongs to the Conjoined set.Incubus has the second highest priority of following familiars, only being below King Baby's priority.Incubus is one of the familiars that can be spawned by Cambion Conception.As such, playing as Lilith will not add Incubus to the collection page, nor does her personal Incubus count towards the Conjoined transformation.
Lilith's starting Incubus is technically not a collected item but an intrinsic part of the character, and is removed if an item such as Ankh or Clicker are used to become a different character.
